These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and db687 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

db687 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Suspected use of the account by an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria (including age).

• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in relation to a transaction on the account.

Limitation of Liability

• Delays in payment processing caused by your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• Any financial loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including forfeiture of bonus funds due to unmet wagering requirements.
• Any loss resulting from the compromise of your account credentials where you have failed to keep them secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes db687's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law.
